First Restaurant to Serve Temaki Sushi
【発祥年】昭和46（1971）年
３代目（現会長）が、当時若者の間で流行っていたソフトクリームをイメージし、片手に持って海苔がパリパリのうちに食べられるよう末広型にしたのが、はじまりと言われています。
【Birth Year】1971
Temaki (hand roll) sushi was invented by the restaurant’s third-generation owner (current chairman). He rolled the nori-wrapped sushi into a cone shape to make it easy to eat with one hand while enjoying the crispy texture of fresh nori. The style was inspired by ice cream cones that were popular among young people in those days.
