Keio Plaza Hotel was established in 1971 (Showa 46) at Nishi Shinjuku as the first high-rise hotel in Japan. At that time, it was 170 meters tall and the highest building in Japan. All 1,454 guest rooms in the main building and South Building offer variety-rich room types. A variety of dining options such as "Super Buffet " which is a buffet with more than 70 types on the second floor of the main building is popular.
